Jonathan Hugh Henderson, 33, of Morgantown, Ky., passed away Friday, March 7, 2014, at the Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn. Mr. Henderson was born April 28, 1980, in Warren County, to Jeffery Henderson and Sericea Fishburn Hampton.
He was a member of Hillvue Heights Church. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Hugh D. Fishburn and his paternal grandparents, Raymond and Elaine Henderson.
Jonathan is survived by his parents, Jeffery Henderson of Morgantown and Sericea Hampton of Cromwell; three children, Kasosha Turner of Morgantown, Autumn and Gavin Henderson both of Bowling Green; one brother, Michael Dale Henderson of Morgantown; grandmother, Martha Nell Woosley of Morgantown and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral Service will be held at Sandy Creek Baptist Church Friday, March 14, at 2 p.m. with Bro. Jonathan Bibb officiating . Burial will follow in the Sandy Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, March 13, from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Smith Funeral Home.
In Lieu of flowers the family wishes for expressions of sympathy to be made to : St. Jude Children\’s Research Hospital or the Gideon\’s. Envelopes will be available at Smith Funeral Home.
