Ann Theresa Trogden, 68, of Hartford died Saturday Feb. 22, 2014, at Professional Care Health & Rehabilitation Center in Hartford. She was born in Harvey, Ill., to the late Stanley Martin and Elizabeth Mary Golab Maslanka.
Ann was a registered CNA and worked at Professional Care Health & Rehabilitation Center in Hartford for 20 years and 14 years at Hillcrest Nursing Home in Owensboro. She was a member of Pathway Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Irene Mahnke, and a grandson, Nathan Trogden.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years, William Curtis Trogden; two sons, David Edward (Patty) Trogden of Hartford and Dale Chesley Trogden of Hartford; one daughter, Lorie Ann (Mike) Thomas of Owensboro; two brothers, Stan Maslanka of Lansing, Ill., and Edward (Angel) Maslanka of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; three sisters, Jean (Chester) Pala of Hammond, Ind., Mary Jane (Ronald) DeButch of Lansing, Ill., and Elizabeth Johns of Auburn, Ind.; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Services are 2 p.m. Tuesday at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Bro. Don Beverly officiating. Burial will be in Alexander Cemetery near Hartford. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday and from 9 a.m. until funeral time on Tuesday at the funeral home.
