Evelyn Shreve, 96, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2013, at Professional Care Health and Rehab in Hartford. She was born in Boonville, Ind., on Nov. 5, 1917, daughter of the late Otto and Elsia Stanley Lockhart.
Mrs. Shreve was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband Raymond E. Shreve,Sr.
Survivors include one son Donald Shreve and one daughter Katherine Hedges.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Dec. 28, at 2 p.m. at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam. Burial will follow in Midkiff Cemetery near Dundee.
Friends may visit with the family from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
