Rose Marie Basiak, 75, of Hartford, passed away, Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2013, at her home. She was born March 20, 1938, in Farmington, Minn., to Chester Basiak and Mildred J. Wright Burks.
She was preceded in death by her father, Chester Basiak; her step-father, Roscoe W. Burks; her brother, Robert Eugene Ames and her sister, Karen Basiak.
She is survived by her mother, Mildred J. Wright Burks of Beaver Dam; son, Mike (Diane) Basiak of Murray; one daughter, Bobbie Michelle Basiak of Beaver Dam; four brothers, Billy (Virginia) Burks of Hartford, Ricky (Joyce) Burks of Livermore, Kenny (Rhonda) Burks of Murray and James Ames of Beaver Dam; three sisters, Cheryl Daugherty of Beaver Dam, Brenda (Jr.) Ambrose of Reynolds Station and Patricia (Charles) Robinson of Beaver Dam and three grandchildren, Lyne Baskiak, Emmy Basiak and R.J. Wilson.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13, at William L. Danks Funeral Home. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service Friday at the funeral home.
