Dorothy Alice Duke Fields, 81, passed away Thursday, Dec. 5, 2013, at Twin Rivers Nursing & Rehab in Owensboro.
She was born Oct. 27, 1932, in the Sunnydale Community of Ohio County. She was the daughter of the late Hugh A. and Ruby Martin Duke.
She was a member of the Hartford United Methodist Church and was a homemaker.
Survivors include one son Paul (Rhonda) Fields; two daughters Jackie (Eddie) Phelps and Jeri Lea (Dale) Fields-Schroeter, six grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Dec. 9, at noon at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Hartford.
Friends may visit with the family from 10 a.m. until noon Monday at the funeral home.
