Tommy Wayne Pharis, 34, of Beaver Dam, passed away Sunday, Nov. 17, 2013, at Ohio County Hospital. He was born Jan. 9, 1979, in Hartford, Ky., to Jimmy Dean and Robin Osborne Pharis.
He was a drafter for Hendricks Screen Company.
Survivors include his wife, Amy Pharis of Beaver Dam; one son, Michael Pharis of Beaver Dam; two step-children, Tyler Kessinger and Haley Kessinger of Beaver Dam; his parents, Jimmy Dean and Robin Pharis of Beaver Dam; one brother, Jimmy Dean Pharis II and wife Amanda of Beaver Dam; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Danny and Joy Renfrow of Beaver Dam; mother-in-law, Georgia Renfrow of Cromwell; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Olivia and John Farris and five nieces and nephews, Kala Pharis, Kelci Pharis, Kylie Pharis, Ethan Farris and Georgia Rose Farris.
Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2013, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Rev. Brent Howard and Rev. Steve Leach officiating. Burial will be in Taylormine Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. until the time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
