David “Sandy” Williams, 73, went home to be with his Lord Friday, Oct. 11, 2013. He was a Christian and member of East Hartford Baptist Church. He loved to write and tell stories, call in to “Lunch at the Z.” But most of all he loved to fish and do anything possible in Gods great outdoors.
David loved his family so very much. He taught them the values of life, how to have fun, stay active and he could always make you smile.
He is survived by his wife Betty Williams; his son, Robert Williams (Darla); his daughter, Celia Culbertson (Gregg Barker), eight grandchildren, Allan and Mark Stewart, Josie and Zach Williams, Kristin Culbertson, Zach, Jasper and Savannah Barker. He is also survived by his brother Bill Williams (Bonnie) and two sisters Linda Bivens (Lloyd) and Elois “Snooks” Davis and the late Carroll Davis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and countless friends.
Funeral services will be held at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam Tuesday, Oct. 15, at 1 p.m.. Friends may visit with the family from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday and from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. Tuesday.
