Carolyn Coppage Bartlett, 74, of Hartford, Ky., passed away Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013, at Ohio County Hospital. She was born to the late Roy Coppage and Eliza Whitten Coppage on Sept. 3, 1939, in Hammond, Ind.
Mrs. Bartlett was a homemaker and a member of Hartford Church of Christ. She also enjoyed quilting, crocheting and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by five brothers, Roy Everett Coppage, Harold Coppage, Hubert Coppage, Norman Coppage and Donald Coppage and three sisters, Evelyn Coppage, Wilmalene Neal, and Deloris Herndon.
Survivors include her husband Jackie Dean Bartlett of Hartford; one son, Paul Bartlett of Hartford; one daughter, Lynn Snodgrass (Benny) of Centertown; three grandchildren, Sarah Scoggins (Daren), Shaine Snodgrass (Tiffany) and Samuel Snodgrass; five great-grandchildren and four sisters, Ruby Kundrat, Maxine Luptak, Lois Bobos and Martha Terzarial.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10, at Hartford Church of Christ with Bro. Dwight Fuqua officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Hartford. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday at the Miller-Schapmire Funeral Home and Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the church.
