Anita Jane Howard, 45, of Beaver Dam, passed away Sunday, Aug. 11, 2013, at Ohio County Hospital. She was born April 2, 1968, in Daviess County, Ky., to Delbert and Anna Louise Blackwell.
She attended New Covenant Tabernacle and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Bobby Howard; two sons, Bobby Howard Jr. and Robby Howard; three daughters, Sharon Whittaker, Stephanie Hill and Kandie Sue Heacock; her mother, Anna Louise Blackwell and two brothers, Jerry W. Blackwell and Junior Blackwell.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 16, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam. Burial will be in Render Memorial Cemetery in McHenry. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service Friday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contribution to the Anita Howard Memorial Fund. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
