Hazel Everly, 88, passed away July 17, 2013, in Summit Point, W.Va. She was born Aug. 13, 1924, in Clendenin, W.Va., daughter of the late Squire and Minnie Gandee Smith.
Hazel was a homemaker and greatly loved by her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband Gordon Everly.
Survivors include her son Gordon Ray Everly, daughters Sandra Vetter and Patricia “Pat” Wolgamott , sisters Betty Petty and Cora Wickwire.
Graveside memorial services will be held on Saturday, July 27, at Ceralvo Cemetery at 9 a.m. Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam is in charge of arrangements.
