Helen Marie Carter, 94, of Centertown, died Wednesday, July 17, 2013, at Professional Care Health and Rehab Center in Hartford. She was born in Centertown to the late John and Willie Isabel Ball Bullock.
She was a member of Smallhous Baptist Church, a homemaker and a member of the Eastern Star.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lotis P. Carter, and a son, John W. Carter.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
Services are 1 a.m. Saturday at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Bro. Don Benton and Bro. Frank Benton officiating. Burial will be in Smallhous Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until funeral time on Saturday at the funeral home.
