Charles Lynn Calloway, 59, of Beaver Dam died Thursday, July 11, 2013, at Owensboro Regional Hospital. He was born June 26, 1954, in Hartford, Ky., to James William Calloway and Goldie Elizabeth Watson Calloway.
Charles was a self employed painter.
He was preceded in death by one son, William Dale Calloway; one granddaughter, Jaina Calloway; one brother, Vernon Calloway and two sisters, Sharon Willoughby and Ruby Phelps.
Survivors include his wife Nancy Carrol Coy Calloway of Beaver Dam; three sons, Michael Coy, Mark Coy and Jason Calloway all of Beaver Dam; one daughter Tammy Calloway Cox Chesney of South Carolina; six brothers, Stevie Calloway of Owensboro, Ricky Dale Calloway, Jerry Calloway, Larry Calloway and Jimmy Calloway all of Hartford and Matthew Calloway of Beaver Dam; four sisters, Mildred Dunning, Mary Blair and Vickie Hohimer all of Hartford and Georgetta James of Paducah; 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
There will be no service or visitation. Miller-Schapmire Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
