James F. ‘ET’ Hamilton

James F. “ET” Hamilton, Sr., 52, passed away Thursday, June 27, 2013, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Evansville, Ind.  He was born in Louisville, Ky., on Oct. 30, 1960, son of Mary E. Barrett Hamilton and the late William Carl Hamilton.

Jimmy was worked in INTECH Construction and enjoyed drag racing and old car shows.

He is survived by his mother Mary E. Hamilton; one son, James F. Hamilton, Jr.; three daughters, Paula M. Hamilton, Kayla N. Hamilton and Savanna Spring; four grandchildren, Payton A. Hoover, Emmett T. Hamilton, MaylynnJo G. Hoover and Chloe-Ann F. Gish; five brothers, William, Terry, Darrell, Scotty and Mark Hamilton; two sisters Donna (Dale) Keener and Selina Hamilton.

Funeral services will be held Monday, July 1, at 2 p.m. at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam.  Burial will be in Point Pleasant Cemetery near Centertown.

Friends may visit with the family Monday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the funeral home. 

The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the James Hamilton Memorial Fund.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
