Shannon Lynn Smiley Doss, 41, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2013, at her home. She was born in Hartford on May 24, 1971.
Shannon was a member of Waltons Creek Baptist Church, was a homemaker, loved spending time with her family, riding motorcycles, hunting and fishing.
She is survived by her husband Billy Doss; four sons, Kanenon and Tyler Doss, Dillon and Justin Hocker; parents, Ronald and Katherine Luck Smiley, one brother, Danny(Kim) Smiley and two sisters, Renae (Doug) Allen and Wendy (Jason) Renfrow.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 18, at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam. Burial will follow in Waltons Creek Cemetery near Centertown.
Friends may visit with the family Wednesday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Thursday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family request that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Shannonn Doss Memorial Fund. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
