Anthony W. “T.D” Dowell, 52, of Beaver Dam, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2013, at Ohio County Hospital in Hartford. He was born Nov. 3, 1960, in Owensboro, Ky., to the late Justin C. Dowell and Shirley Baggerly Dowell.
He was a member Emmanuel Baptist Church in McHenry and a self-employed carpenter.
Survivors include his mother, Shirley Baggerly Dowell of Beaver Dam; two daughters, Lauren (Justin) Sowers of Deridder, La., and Ashley (Eric) Eaves of Bremen; two sisters, Lisa J. Dowell and Pamela R. Dowell both of Beaver Dam. T.D. was blessed with three grandchildren, Abram Eaves, Emree Eaves, and Gracie Sowers.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 16, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, with Rev. Jim Hohimer officiating. Burial will be in Render Memorial Cemetery in McHenry. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. unitl 8 p.m. Monday and from 9 a.m. until time of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
