Stephen Eugene Moore, 60, of Beaver Dam, passed away Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013, at Ohio County Hospital in Hartford. He was born Nov. 28, 1952, in McHenry to the late Oscar W. and Lora Simpson Moore.
He was of Christian faith and retired welder for the UMWA.
Beside his parents he was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Riley Fulton.
Survivors include four daughters, Genia Reed and Shannon Wilson both of Morgantown and Ariel Moore and Camille Moore both of Owensboro and two sisters, Judy Lee and June Holder both of Beaver Dam. Stephen was blessed with three grandchildren, Jordan Wilson and Justis Wilson both of Bowling Green and Wyatt Southerland of Morgantown.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 24, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Sis. Mary Doepel officiating. Burial will be in Render Memorial Cemetery in McHenry. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. until time of service Sunday at the funeral home.
