Ruby Kay Fields, 46, of Horse Branch, passed away Monday, Feb. 18, 2013, at her residence. She was born June 3, 1966, in Louisville, Ky., to the late Sam and Lucille Satterley Blevins.
She was of Baptist faith and a homemaker.
Survivors include one son, Ronald Fields Jr., of Owensboro, Ky.; two daughters, Jessica McCoy and Rosemary Hayse of Horse Branch; one brother, John Blevins of Horse Branch. She was blessed with eight grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday at Feb. 20, 2013, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, with Rev. Gleanie Geary officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery near Rosine. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Ruby Kay Fields Memorial Fund. Envelope will be available at the funeral home.
