Ella Mae Garrett, 46, of Hartford, died Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013, at her home in the Taffy community. She was born in Ohio County to the late L. D. Tyson and Oma Bartlett Garrett.
Survivors include her son, Clay Bliznick of Hartford; her partner, Peggy Smallwood of Hartford; four brothers, Leo Garrett of Bowling Green, Tyson (Lisa) Garrett of Hartford, Robert (Susan) Garrett of Beaver Dam and Jerry Garrett of Somerset; six sisters, Bernice (Edward) Johnson of Southgate, Mich., Dolly Rimbey of Las Vegas, Nev., Patty (Richard) Young of Hartford, Emma Parker of Beaver Dam, Janice McDaniel of Hartford, Tammy (David) Height of Louisville and several nieces and nephews.
Services are at 11 a.m. Friday at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Bro. Anthony Goff officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Moriah Cemetery in the Taffy community. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. until the funeral time on Friday at the funeral home.
