Jacob “Jake” Clay Renfrow, 28, of Avondale Estate, Ga., formerly of Horse Branch, passed away Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, at Grady Memorial Health System in Atlanta, Ga. He was born June 1, 1984, in Greenville to Steven Renfrow and Donna K. Singleton.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, John Thomas “J.T.” Renfrow, III.
Survivors include his parents, Steven Renfrow of Horse Branch and Donna Thompson of Livingston, Texas; his partner, Tyler Morrow of Avondale Estates; one brother, Kris Fleener of Beaver Dam; one sister, Becky Morris of Horse Branch; paternal grandmother, Wilma Renfrow of Horse Branch; maternal grandparents, Donald and Bessie Singleton of Centertown; six nephews and nieces, Blake Fleener, Austin Fleener, Evan Fleener, Lelia Fleener, Madison Morris and Mavrik Morris, three aunts, two uncles and several cousins.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, with Rev. Brian Shaver officiating. Burial will be in Renfrow Cemetery in Horse Branch. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contribution to the Jacob “Jake” Clay Renfrow Memorial Fund. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
