LecilHallLawrence Lecil Hall, 77, of Beaver Dam, passed away Monday, Jan. 21, 2013, at Ohio County Hospital in Hartford. He was born July 31, 1935, in McCreary County, Ky., to the late Marshall and Laura Vanover Hall.

He was a member of Calvary Hill Baptist Church in Beaver Dam and attended Centertown Holiness Church. He was a retired factory worker for Dalton Foam in Georgia.

Beside his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Betty Lou Hall, Edith Hall and Edith Elmore Hall and two brothers, Eugene “Monkey” Hall and Linnville Hall.

Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Marilyn Kay Hutson Hall of Beaver Dam; two sons, Lawrence A. Hall of Beaver Dam and Tony Hall of Bronson, Ky.; three daughters, Connie Gregory of Kingston, Ind., Linda Wesley and Wanda Cunningham both of Lafayette, Ind.; four brothers, Darrell Hall, David Hall, Bravil Hall and Donald Lee Hall all of Beaver Dam; five sisters, Dicie Alsman, Lou Sisk, Edna Irene Frady, and Lois Read all of Beaver Dam and Shirley Sisk of Penbrook, Ky. Several grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, with Rev. Tim Hall, Rev. Jerry Don Hall, and Rev. Bruce Lindsey officiating.  Burial will be in Calvary Hill Cemetery near Beaver Dam. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m., Wednesday and from 9 a.m. until time of service on Thursday at the funeral home.
