Edward Ferguson, 82, of Hartford died Thursday December 20, 2012 at Owensboro Medical Health System.
He was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church, he was a lay speaker and sang with the United Methodist Church most of his life, he was also a Veteran of the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by a son, Brian Neal Ferguson and a grandson, Timothy Brian Ferguson.
Survivors include his wife of 62 years Sue Neal Ferguson; a son, Keith Edward (Lesia) Ferguson; a daughter, Pamela Sue (Byron) Jennings; 3 grandchildren-Michael Blake Jennings, Jonathan Edward Ferguson and Lauren Ashley Jennings; a brother, Bobby Ferguson and several cousins.
Services are 3 p.m. Sunday at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Rev. Greg Hillard and Rev. Charles Brownd officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Saturday and from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Military Honors will be presented at the cemetery by the Wesley Phelps Honor Guard, Ohio County Kentucky.
