Terry Allen Bush, 57, of Madisonville, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2012, in Madisonville. He was born Jan. 20, 1955, to Donald Bush Sr. and Jessie Calloway Foreman.
He was of Baptist Faith and worked as a coal miner for Advent Coal Mines.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Jessie Calloway Foreman, his brother, Donald Bush Jr. and his sister Martkia Cox.
He is survived by his son, Terry Allen Bush Jr. of Beaver Dam; his daughter, Rebecca (Phil) Dowell of Wheatfield, Ind., his father, Donald (Dorene) Bush Sr. of St. Petersburg, Fla.; his step-father, Robert Foreman of Beaver Dam; one sister, Daisy Bush of Owensboro; six grandchildren, Patricia (C.J.) Henderson, Dakota Morris, Kesha Morris, Denton Dowell, Drake Dowell and Phylissa Dowell and one great-grandchild, Robie Henderson.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 21, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam. Burial will be in Render Memorial Cemetery in McHenry. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. until the time of service Friday at the funeral home.
Family requests that expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Terry Allen Bush Memorial Fund. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
