Michael Ray Campbell, 64, of Hartford died Monday, Oct. 29, 2012, at His residence. He was born in Charleston, W.V., on April 9, 1948. He is preceded in death by his father, John Ray Campbell.
Survivors include three sons, Michael John Campbell (Tina) of Newport, Mich., David Gene Campbell of Wyandotte, Mich., and Bryant Ray Campbell (Theresa) of Dickson, Tenn.; one daughter, Kalli Allyn Campbell Aldridge (Billy) of Newport, Mich.; ten grandchildren; his mother, Agnes Thomasson Campbell; three brothers, Gene Campbell (Karol) of Monroe, Mich., Malcolm Campbell (Marcia) of Hartford, Ky., and Dewayne Campbell (Mary Elsie) of Hartford; and two sisters, Darlene Malosh of Hartford and Twila Mitchell (George) of Fort Worth, Texas.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to American Cancer Society, 1302 Frederica Street, Owensboro, Ky., 42301.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov., 2, at Miller-Schapmire Funeral Home with Rev. David Isbell officiating. Burial will follow in Woodwards Valley Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and on Friday from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
