Donnie Jean Wallace, 75 of Hartford, passed away Sunday, September 30, 2012 at her home. She was born January 16, 1937 in Ohio County to the late Willie Kelley and Lorine Hayse Kelley. She was of Baptist faith and worked as a homemaker.
Besides her parents she is preceded in death by one daughter, Joan Tarrance; one brother, Delmer Kelley and one sister Martine Frame.
Survivors include three sons, O’Connell (Rhonda) Tarrance of Horse Branch, Terry (Jackie) Tarrance of Beaver Dam and Jeff Tarrance of Horse Branch; two daughters, Pamela (Landon) Daugherty of Hartford and Peggy Kelley of Hartford; one step-son, David Wallace of Dundee; three brothers, Otto Kelley of Horse Branch, Elmer Kelley of Horse Branch and Bobby (Carolyn) Kelley of Morgantown; one sister, Wanda (Robert) Arnold of Louisville; ten grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, October 3, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Rev. Terry Tarrance and Rev. Sonny Whitely officiating. Burial will be in Leach Cemetery in Horse Branch. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday and 9 am. until the time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
