Timothy Lee “Timie” Render, 57, of Jacksonville, Fla., formerly of Beaver Dam, passed away Feb. 20, 2008 of natural causes in Jacksonville, Florida. He was born Aug. 9, 1950, to the late Robert Charles and Anna Laura Tichenor Render.
He was a 1969 graduate of Ohio County High School and attended The Harvest House Church in Hartford. He was a United State Air Force Vietnam Veteran and also served in Japan and Germany and was retired from the Air Force. The family was not aware of his passing until recently.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Charles “Fireball” Render and Anna Laura Tichenor Render and his brother, Robert Charles Render, Jr.
Survivors include four brothers, Estil Render of Beaver Dam, James Render of Dayton, Ohio, Billy Render of Texas and Larry Render of Atlanta, Ga., and two sisters, Annetta Render McHenry of Jacksonville, Fla., and Deborah Render Drake of Beaver Dam.
Memorial service will be held from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 22, at The Harvest House Church — 911 Oakwood Drive, Hartford, Ky., 42347 (by Oakwood Cemetery) — with Bishop Robert Randolph officiating. William L. Danks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
