Mary Elizabeth “Libby” Felty, 53 of Beaver Dam, passed away Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012, at her residence. She was born Jan. 20, 1959, to the late Edward B. Filback and Louise Filback Young in Louisville, Ky.
She was a line leader at Nestway in Beaver Dam & she was of Baptist Faith.
She was preceded in death by her father, Edward B. Filback, who passed away Nov. 13, 1986, and son, James Christopher Renfrow, Jr. who passed away Aug. 15, 1990.
Survivors include her mother, Louise Filback Young of Beaver Dam; three daughters, Tina Abbeduto, Sara Vaught, and Jamie Renfrow Maiden all of Ohio County; one son, Michael Felty, Jr. of Ohio County; three brothers, John E. (Sheila) Filback of Cromwell, Donald R. (Brenda) Filback of Horse Branch and Mark A. (Carla) Filback of Beaver Dam; four sisters, Joan Marie (Bill) Jackson, Lou Ann (J.W.) Coyle, Stella Dockery and Vickie (O.W.) Tindle all of Beaver Dam. Libby was blessed with five grandchildren, Justin Porter, Mary “Beth” Porter, Colton Vaught, Shyla Felty, and Ethan Brockman.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00PM, Saturday, August 25, 2012 at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, with Rev. Jason Bratcher officiating. Visitation will be from 4-8pm, Friday and 9AM until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
