Johnny Len Daugherty, 47, of Centertown, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2012, at Owensboro Medical Health System. He was born Nov. 16, 1964 in Owensboro, to Randell and Janice Daugherty.
He was a member of New Hope Church in Hartford and was a Service Tech for Don Moore Automotive Group in Owensboro.
He was preceded in death by his father, Randell Daugherty and his brother, Ricky Daugherty.
Survivors include his wife, Rebecca “Jeannie” Tichenor Daugherty of Centertown; two sons, Dustin Daugherty of Livermore and Dwight “D.J.” Hunter of Greenville; one step-son, Dewayne (Shawna) Cannon of Hartford; four daughters, Heather (Dewayne) White of Sacramento, Ky., Rachel Daugherty and Tawny Daugherty both of Morgantown and Brianna Daugherty of Centertown; his mother, Janice Daugherty of Cromwell; one brother, Marcus (Rhonda) Daugherty of Beaver Dam; three grandsons, Andrew White, Nicholas White and Lucas Daugherty and two granddaughters, Chrissy Daugherty and Jaylynn Cannon.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, Aug. 17, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, with Bro. Warren Brooks officiating. Burial will be in Central Grove Cemetery in Centertown. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service Friday at the funeral home.
