James D. “Bo” Hurt, Jr., 53 of Rosine, passed away, Sunday, July 22, 2012 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. He was born December 10, 1958 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late James Dudley Hurt Sr. and Dora Iler Hurt. He worked as a record recorder at Iron Mountain Records.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Bobby Hurt, his sister, Kim Price, his grandmother, Myrtle Leach Hurt and his brother-in-law, Robert Johnson.

He leaves to cherish his memory, two sisters, Angela Johnson of Louisville and Pamela (Tinker) Tiller of Shepherdsville; special caregivers and nieces, Stacy (Jody) Smith and Amber Tiller, Laura Hurt (Chad and Jessica); many nephews, nieces, extended family and numerous friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 26, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Cromwell. Visitation will be from 12 p.m until 8 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. until the time of service Thursday at the funeral home.
