Darrell Duane Cook, 48, of Cromwell, died Saturday July 21, 2012 at his home. Darrell was born in Peking, Il. and was a retired timber worker.
Survivors include his wife Tennie Pendley Cook; two daughters, Amber McIntosh and Samara Fletcher; his father, Darrell C. Cook; a brother, Delmar Steven Cook; and a sister, Denise Johnson; and two grandchildren.
Services are at 1 p.m. Monday at New Liberty Baptist Church in Butler County with Brother Mike Dunn officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until funeral time at the church. Burial will be in New Liberty Cemetery. Bevil Brothers Funeral Home in Beaver Dam is in charge of arrangements.
