Marjorie L. Iglehart, 89, of Clarksville, Tenn., passed away on Tuesday, June 19, 2012, at Gateway Medical Center in Clarksville. She was born on Apr. 11, 1923, in Terre Haute, Ind., to the late Jobe Leach and Ruth Stewart Leach.
She was also a graduate of Western Kentucky University, was a former English teacher, a homemaker, and a member of the First Baptist Church in Clarksville. Mrs. Iglehart was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Dr. Bryan Thomas Iglehart, Sr., on July 3, 2007.
Survivors include three sons, Dr. Bryan Thomas Iglehart, Jr. and his wife Pat of Prospect, Ky., Dr. James Nelson Iglehart and wife Tricia of Concord, N.C., and Dr. Michael Lee Iglehart and his wife Leah of Trenton, Mich., and five grandchildren, Erin Iglehart, Michael Iglehart, Grace Iglehart, Julia Ruth Iglehart and Rebecca Iglehart.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. on Monday, June 25, at Miller-Schapmire Funeral Home, with Rev. Wesley 0. Hanson officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Hartford.
Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the time of the funeral service on Monday at the funeral home. The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made in memory of Mrs. Marjorie Iglehart to the donors favorite charity.
