Forrest E. Bartlett, 82, passed away Saturday, March 24, 2012, at Beaver Dam Nursing and Rehab Center in Beaver Dam. Forrest was born in Hartford on Jan. 16, 1930, son of the late Forest and Pauline Adkins Bartlett.
Mr. Bartlett was a retired underwriter for Sun Life Insurance Co., a graduate of Kentucky Wesleyan College, a member of the Church of Christ, was a 32 degree Mason and served in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include two brothers, Jackie D. Bartlett and Bobby Adkins Bartlett.
Private services will be held at a later date. Bevil Bros. Funeral Homes, Inc are in charge of arrangements.
