Tracie Beth Goff, 43, of McHenry, passed away, Friday, March 16, 2012, at Beaver Dam Nursing & Rehab. She was born Jan. 28, 1969, to Randall and Charlotte Knight McDonald in Muhlenberg County, Ky.
Tracie was a homemaker and a member of New Assembly Church in Hartford where she enjoyed attending church. Tracie loved her family and was proud to be Nana to Kaylee and Molly. She also loved the outdoors, bird watching and lying on the beach.
Tracie was preceded in death by the love of her life, Jackie Goff, who passed away May 3, 2011. She was also preceded in death by her mother, Charlotte Knight McDonald, and sister, Cathy Thomas.
Survivors include her father, Randall McDonald of Greenville; step-daughter, Amber (Brad) Embry of McHenry; father- and mother-in-law, Roger and Becky Goff of McHenry; sister-in-law, Cindy (Dale) Pierce of McHenry; brothers-in-law, Rodney (Shannon) Goff of Hartford and Lonnie Thomas of Greenville. Tracie was Nana to Kaylee Jade and Molly Jacklyn. She was also survived by two nieces, Candice Pierce of McHenry and Paige Goff of Hartford.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, March 19 at New Assembly Church in Hartford with Rev. Lealin Geary officiating. Burial will be in Render Memorial Cemetery in McHenry.
Friends may visit with Tracie family from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday and from 9 a.m. until noon Monday at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam.
