Nancy M. Smith, 74, of Beaver Dam passed away Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012, at Owensboro Medical Health System in Owensboro. She was born Oct. 3, 1937, in Ohio County to the late George & Louise Payton Peay. She was a retired home health care worker and a member of Faith Baptist Temple in Beaver Dam.
Survivors include one son, Dale Wright of Beaver Dam and one daughter, Mary Ann Dulin of Owensboro. She was blessed with two grandchildren, Tonya Dulin and Terri Kaplin, both of Owensboro and three great-grandchildren, D’Marco Kelly, Kayla Dulin, and Angel Puckett all of Owensboro.
Memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 1, at Faith Baptist Temple in Beaver Dam, with Rev. Truman Cooper officiating.
