HARTFORD, Ky. — Everyone is invited to come to downtown Hartford for Christmas on the Square Saturday, Dec. 16.
Christmas on the Square is a free event promising good old-fashioned holiday fun for the family. Christmas on the Square will have an ice rink available for skating, food trucks, vendors, a petting zoo, a living nativity, music and a chance to see Santa Claus and his reindeer.
Visitors to Christmas on the Square can also shop at many of the downtown Hartford stores.
Schedule of Events
- Ice skating – 10 a.m,-7 p.m.
- Music and s’mores with Hartford Baptist Church – 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
- Living nativity with Hope Wesleyan Church and barnyard petting zoo – 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
- Santa and his reindeer – noon-6 p.m.
- Food trucks and vendors – 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
- Shop downtown Hartford – see stores for hours
In addition to all the above, there will be a toy drive, door prizes and much more.
Christmas on the Square is supported by Hope Wesleyan Church, Hartford Baptist Church, Hartford Masonic Lodge and Walmart.
