BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Gerald “Jerry” Ford Nimmo, 93, of Beaver Dam, passed away peacefully with his family by his side Sunday, May 24, 2026, at his home. He was born Sept. 11, 1932, in McHenry, Kentucky, to the late Vernie Nimmo and Eula Mae Ford Nimmo.
Mr. Nimmo retired after serving 24 years with Weedman Motors, 11 years with Napa, and 17 years with Car Quest.
He was a member of McHenry Baptist Church where he served as deacon.
Aside from his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Nimmo, in 1991.
Survivors include his wife of 69 years, Regena Embry Nimmo, of Beaver Dam; his in-laws; several cousins and a host of friends.
A private service will be held at a later date.
