**UPDATE** MADISONVILLE, Ky. — A contractor has initiated work on U.S. 62 to address improvements at Beaver Dam between U.S. 231 and KY 273, also known own as Goshen Rd.
Over-sized vehicles are alerted to 10′ lanes through this work zone.
The reconstruction of drainage improvements, curb, gutter, and resurfacing will occur on U.S. 62 from MP 9.731 to MP 10.59 in Ohio County for a total distance of 0.86 miles.
Motorists should anticipate lane closures and slow-moving vehicles while this work is being addressed. The project is slated for completion this summer.
