Nickolas Keith Daugherty
**UPDATE** HARTFORD, Ky. (8/12/20) — Nickolas Keith Daugherty, 37, has been captured. After a short foot pursuit Wednesday, he was taken into custody and lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center.
Daugherty was charged with the outstanding warrants of terroristic threatening, failure to appear for flagrant non-support and failure to appear for promoting contraband. He now faces an additional charge of fleeing and evading.

According to Ohio County Sheriff Tracy Beatty, his office is looking for Nickolas Keith Daugherty, 37. Daugherty is 6′, 210 lbs, has brown hair and brown eyes.
