**UPDATE** HARTFORD, Ky. (1:45 p.m.) — The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office reports all lanes are open on the William Natcher Parkway. The wreckage from this morning’s accident has been removed.
HARTFORD, Ky. — The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office is reporting both the southbound and the inside northbound lanes of Interstate 165, previously known as the William H. Natcher Parkway, has been closed near the 45-mile marker due to an accident. This is just south of the U.S. 62 E overpass.
A detour has been set up and the KY 69 N exit is directing traffic to go south on U.S. 231 through Hartford and Beaver Dam.
As of 10 a.m., it’s estimated the road will be closed for about 8 hours.
