BEAVER DAM, Ky. — William D. “Butch” Hayes Sr., 75, of Beaver Dam died Thursday, Sept. 5, 2019, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born in Grayson, Kentucky, to the late Cordis and Martha Duncan Hayes.
Butch was a timber cutter.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Teresa Wilson Hayes.
Survivors include his three daughters, Jennifer Aguilar, Kelly Hayes, and Shelly Hayes; a son, William David Hayes Jr.; 20 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Lewis Hayes and Phillip Hayes; and a sister, Frances Johnson.
The family will have a memorial service at a later date. Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam is in charge of arrangements.
