OLATON, Ky. — Ruth Elizabeth Beatty, 84, passed away Dec. 4, 2018, at the Ohio County Hospital. She was born in Horse Branch, Kentucky, on May 25, 1934, daughter of the late Ira Waide and Sadie Goff Baize.
Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Mervel Beatty and son Douglas Ray Beatty.
Survivors include daughters, Kathy Beatty Storm (John) and Lisa Beatty Patterson (Kent); seven grandchildren, five
great-grandchildren; and sister, Evelyn Basham.
Graveside services were held Dec. 6, at McGrady Creek Cemetery near Olaton with Bro. Chad Patterson officiating.
Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam was in charge of arrangements.
