BEAVER DAM, Ky. — David Ray Bolin, 55, of Beaver Dam, died on Saturday, April 14, 2018, at Commonwealth Regional Specialty Hospital in Bowling Green. He was born on Aug. 9, 1962, in Detroit, Michigan, to the late Louis Edward Bolin and Marie Francis Cooper Bolin.

David was a member of Yellow Creek Baptist Church and worked at Perdue Farms. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Fred William Bolin.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Jo Texas Bolin; four children, Cassandra Jo Bolin, Patrick Lynn Bolin, Christopher Tyler Bolin, and Jessica Marie Bolin; one brother, Ben Edward Bolin, of Detroit; three sisters, Laura Lynn Bolin, of Taylor, Michigan, Gloria Marie Bolin, of Detroit, Michigan, and Deborah Lee Bolin, of Lincoln Park, Michigan; a half-sister, Andrea Engler Percy, of Jacksonville, Florida; and an uncle, Chris Bolin, of Owensboro, Kentucky.

Services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 20, at James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. and on Friday from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
