CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. — Peggy Allen, 71, passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2018. She entered into this life on Nov. 11, 1946, to the late Jack and Maxine Davis in Centertown, Kentucky.
Peggy was a member of Olivet Freewill Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Patsy Eaves.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, CSM (Ret) David Allen; son, David Kent (Elizabeth Wittig) Allen; daughters, Angela Rochelle (Brad) Dougherty, Teresa Ann Carson; brother, Mitchell Davis; sister, Jackye Magan; grandchildren, Joshua, Justin, and Noah Lapointe, Wes and Luke Dougherty, Tyler and Makayla Naudet, Luke Schneider, Kristopher and Jordan Carson.
A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, March 19, at 10 a.m. at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home in Clarksville, Tennessee. Revs. Larry Mulberry, Paul Bunger, and George Garcia will officiate. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
Peggy’s family will receive friends on Sunday, March 18, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and again on Monday from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
