Richard Lee Phelps, 51 of Lawrenceburg, Ky., formerly of Morgantown, Ky., passed away Monday, Nov. 3, 2014, at his residence in Lawrenceburg, Ky., Richard was born Sept. 10, 1963, in Bowling Green, Ky., to the late Patrick Phelps and Glenda Moore Neighbors.
He was a employee at the Ford Motor Co. Truck Plant in Louisville, Ky.
Richard Lee Phelps is survived by his son, Justin Phelps, of Bowling Green, Ky.; four sisters, Angie Vincent, of Bowling Green, Ky., Adeline Phelps, of Morgantown, Ky., Andrea Noguchi, of Marysville, Ohio, and Trish Maskery, of Temple, Texas; three brothers, Chris Phelps, of Woodbury, Ky., Kevin Phelps, of McHenry, Ky., and Tim Phelps, of Florence, Ky.; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and -nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Friday, Nov. 7, at 1 p.m. with Bro. Raleigh Blancett officiating with burial in the Cook Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, Nov. 6, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. until funeral time at 1 p.m. at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
