Fern Geraldine Cobb, 87, of Hartford died Wednesday, July 24, 2013, at Professional care Health & Rehab in Hartford, Ky. She was born Jan. 24, 1926 in Hammond, IN to the late Willis Green Cobb and Mae Bessie Langhor.
She retired from Riley Insurance Agency and was a member of Hartford Christian Church.
Survivors include three cousins, Juanita Faye Hoover Coppage of Hartford, Anne Haralson of Littleton, Colo., and Clifford Harlan Coppage of Brewton; six nieces and nephews, Robby Coppage, Hugh Coppage, Sheri Coppage Coots, Joey Coppage, Kasey Janes and Chuck Coppage as well as several other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 28, at 3 p.m. at Miller-Schapmire Funeral Home in Hartford with Bro Mikey Sweeney and Bro. Mike Erwin officiating. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until the time of the service on Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Hartford.
