J.W. Coyle, 58, of Beaver Dam, passed away Friday, Jan. 18, 2013, at his home. He was born March 6, 1954, in Louisville, to the late Ernest Mac and Nancy Hazelip Coyle.
He was of Baptist faith and worked as a laborer for Swedish Match Leaf Company in Owensboro.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, J.W. Coyle Jr., and three sisters, Ruth Hudspeth, Gloria Dean Hudspeth and Mary McIntosh.
Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Lou Ann Filback Coyle of Beaver Dam; three daughters, Angela (John) Blevins of Horse Branch, Nancy (Christopher) Dunn of Illinois and Tabitha Nichols of Florence, Ky.; two brothers, Junior Coyle of Beaver Dam and Jerry Coyle of Beaver Dam; one sister, Rose Fields of Hartford and 10 grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, Jan. 21, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Rev. Gleanie Geary officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery near Horse Branch. Visitation will be 4 p.m. until 8 p.m., Sunday and 9 a.m. until time of service Sunday at the funeral home.
