Amelia Jade Ortiz-Holbrook, Infant daughter of Carlos Ortiz and Ashley Holbrook, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2012, in Owensboro. She was born Sept. 11, 2012 in Owensboro.
Besides her parents, survivors include her grandparents, Clifford and Brenda Holbrook.
Graveside Service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 14, at New Harmony Cemetery in Butler County, with Sister Mary Doepel officiating. William L. Danks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
