Joe Dakota Casey, 21, of Hartford, passed away Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012 in Hartford. He was born Dec. 19, 1990 in Owensboro to Joseph Wayne “Joey” and Tyanna Pauline Basham Casey of Hartford.
He was a member of Bible Baptist Church in Beaver Dam and was a former partial owner of Casey’s Recycling and a member of Casey’s Recycling Club. Joe was very special to his family and was loved by many.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Herbert D. Casey and his aunt, Jessica Casey.
Survivors include his parents; three sisters, Terinna Jo Casey Jackson and husband Chris of Beaver Dam, Sheena Casey Jackson of Hartford and Sabrina Trinity Ann Casey of Hartford; two brothers, Ronnie Joe Casey of Hartford and Jeffery Wayne Casey of Hartford; paternal grandmother, Viola Casey of McHenry; maternal grandfather, Ronald Basham of Hartford; niece and nephews, Tyson and Amelia Jackson of Beaver Dam, Preston Casey of Hartford and Drake Garrett of Hartford; uncles, Jamie Basham of Las Vegas, Nev., and James Basham and wife Elizabeth of Hartford, and cousins, Christian and Isaac Basham of Las Vegas, Jada Basham of Hartford, Crystal and Adam Hayes of McHenry and Benjamin and Breeauna Hayes of McHenry.
Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, with Bro. Cleatus Bowman officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Hartford. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. until the time of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
